After Hours Clinic

NOTE: After hour clinic access is for existing patients only. Uptown Family Medicine does NOT provide public walk-in medical service.

After-hours access is meant to provide patients of our group with convenient access to one of our Physicians in order to deal with quick, urgent problems. If you feel this is an emergency, you should go to the Emergency Department at your closest hospital.

To book your urgent appointment, please call the office of your regular doctor. They can book you into their clinic if they have room, and if not, they can then book you into an open slot in the after-hours clinic.  After-hours access is by appointment only.  Sorry, no walk-in visits.

Because our physician group will be having our own after-hours service, we are asking that you call us first instead of going to a walk-in clinic.   This way, the care you receive will form part of your medical chart and your regular doctor will be up to date with any ongoing concerns.
